Purpose
The workshop is aimed at library staff bands 5 and 6, in particular Outreach and Training Librarians.
The purpose of the workshop is to provide skills for carrying out effective questionnaires for the purpose of service evaluation and identifying information needs.
Outcomes

Provide an overview of evaluation

To be able to prepare effective questionnaires

Identification of strategies to improve response rates

To be able to analyse questionnaires both quantitative and qualitative information.
